The Association for Implementing Democracy is a Romanian non-governmental organization whose main purpose is to contribute to the development of democracy in Romania by promoting democratic values, strengthening the democratic institutions and supporting a new generation of leaders for Romania.

All our projects and activities start with the citizens' needs and address systemic problems such as political accountability, leadership based on values, citizen participation in decision-making processes.

An important part of our visions is dedicated to the support and improvement of our country's leadership. We consider important having a new, visionary class of leaders in the fields of politics, business, NGO, public administration. In all our programs we seek to suport leaders that share moral and ethical values, and have a vision of their work in the benefit of the citizens.
